If you like mountains of fluffy pillows on your bed, you probably have a good
flair for decorating. But each pillow also serves as a magnet for dust mites,
pet hair, and other allergens that can  increase the misery of allergies. Invest in
washable pillows. In fact, you can wash many bed coverings and accessories
every few months to get rid of allergy culprits. Check the labels to make sure
your new bedding items won't fall apart in the washing machine, and find out
about drying too. Hanging your pillow on a clothesline during the allergy season
may defeat the purpose altogether!
