Time for yourself...to make sure I get a good start to the day, I wake up
at  least 20 minutes before the rest of the household ( Mon-Fri only!). 
This gives me time to have my coffee, wake up a little, and when weather
permits sit on the front porch and hear the birds.  Makes me ready for
the day, and the kids enjoy a cheerier mom too!

From another mom: I wake up about 2 hours before my kids and I LOVE IT!
It was hard to get used to at first as I am NOT a morning person.  But,
I am so much more productive!!!  By the time they wake up, my email
checking is done, I have usually been able to get some work done on my
website, and I have a few loads of laundry done.  Try it!!!
