Removing Skin From Garlic
If you have one of those rubber gripper squares or circles for opening jars, you can use them to peel garlic cloves too. Put the clove of garlic at one edge, roll it into a tube, and then with a bit of pressure, roll the tube back and forth a few times. When you open it, the clove will be peeled, without being crushed!
