Featured Activities-Having trouble getting your children to clean their rooms? Who doesn't! The solution may be to make it seem less like a chore and more like a fun activity! Try starting your own in-house cleaning services company and "hire" your children as employees. Arm them with a fun, fuzzy duster and set up a "per room" payment or reward system. Then, once they consider their work complete, be sure to do an "employee review" and grade their work, noting where improvements are needed. Over the course of the month, if they're doing a good job offer "raises" for taking on additional responsibilities, like doing their laundry or cleaning up the living room. At the end of the month, give out an "Employee of the Month" award for the best worker and in no time at all, you'll find your kids eager to help out and earn the distinguished title.
