Just the highlights:

Personalized fitness assessment including measurements, height, weight, age, and a series of fitness exercises.

Gives the option to enter if you own a heart rate monitor, step, stability ball and hand weights, and then incorporates those.

Lets you set goals for weight loss, upper or lower body strength, cardio and more.

Choice of music, backgrounds, can earn more, etc. 

Throughout workout, tells you what your heart rate should be and give modifications to make it hearder or easier.

Through workout, asks you if tasks were too easy, hard, or impossible and then adjusts the workout mid course. 

Never the same workout, combines different techniques and adjust depending on what you input.

No tough controls, just push the A button on the WII and you don't hold the remote during workout.

Choice of workout type (yoga, cardio, strength training, etc)

It's like working out at an exercise class at a gym!  OMG, it's awesome.

Between the fitness assesment (took about 15 minutes) and a half hour workout, I burned 644 calories!  (The screen estimate was a little lower, but that's okay- I know my heart rate monitor is the most accurate measure of my fitness.)

You can even input outside workouts too.  This is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better than the WII fit or the outdoor challenge or any WII game I have done.  Better than any workout video too because it changes and adapts with you.  Boredom banisher!
